CSE, Inc. seeks a skilled and experienced Steel Fabricator/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player with a strong background in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication. Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical documents.

• Fabricate, cut, and assemble structural and miscellaneous steel components.
• Perform accurate layout, measuring, and fitting of materials.
• Operate fabrication tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Identify and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety regulations.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Obtain and maintain FCAW welding qualification to meet AWS D1.1 standards as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Occasionally required to stoop, crouch, or kneel.
• Frequently lift and/or move materials up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Visual acuity requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Proven experience in steel fabrication and welding.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes and safety standards.
• FCAW welding certification or ability to obtain certification.
