• Conduct age-specific assessments for patients of all ages and develop a plan of care based on findings.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams, patients, and families to implement and evaluate interdisciplinary care plans, revising them as necessary.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, ensuring optimal outcomes through effective treatment and interventions.

• Accurately administer medications and treatments, documenting all activities in electronic medical records (EPIC).

Candidate requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or an approved program eligible for Virginia RN licensure.
• Current RN license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required as needed.

• Basic computer skills required for working with electronic medical records (EPIC).
