As the Anesthesia Services Director, you won’t just oversee operations—you’ll influence strategy, elevate care standards, and empower a highly skilled CRNA team across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You’ll partner with forward-thinking clinical and administrative leaders to ensure exceptional anesthesia services that align with Carilion’s commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Master’s or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia (or equivalent advanced degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in anesthesia services or perioperative operations
