Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Excellent opportunity for an experienced neonatal nurse practitioner to join our dedicated group of eight neonatologists and team of NNPs providing high‑quality care at the Carilion Clinic Children’s Hospital (CCCH) in scenic Roanoke, Virginia. New graduates will be considered only if willing to relocate.

• The hospital is a designated regional perinatal center with 4,800 deliveries annually.
• Our 60‑bed Level‑IIIB NICU has 700 admissions annually and an average daily census of 47 babies. Services include high‑frequency ventilation and nitric oxide.
• Two maternal‑fetal medicine specialists on staff and the hospital offers a full range of pediatric medical and surgical subspecialties.
• As an NNP you will provide in‑house coverage caring for critically ill neonates and attend high‑risk deliveries.
• NNPs take ownership of their own team of patients (up to 20) with all acuity levels.
• The shifts are 24 hours with an occasional 12‑hour shift available.

• Current APRN national specialty certification.
• Minimum of a master’s degree.
