Salary: $108,000-$114,000 | Full-Time | Day Shift

MEDIKO is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations at the Roanoke City Jail. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing nursing staff, and promoting high-quality patient care in a correctional healthcare setting.

• Active RN unrestricted license in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• Experience with staff management, scheduling, budgeting, and quality improvement
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient safety standards
• CPR/BLS certification required

• Master's degree
• Director-level nursing leadership experience
• Correctional healthcare experience
• Knowledge of NCCHC and ACA standards
