Carilion Clinic is seeking an RN Team Lead for the Operating Room to provide clinical leadership and oversight during Weekday Nights in Roanoke, VA. This in-person role supports staff development, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes across assigned areas.
The ideal candidate will hold a Virginia RN license, have at least 1 year of clinical experience with leadership, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. BLS-HCP is required; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed based on unit.
