Position SummaryAs a GI and Pulmonary RN, youll provide high-quality, patient-centered care with professionalism and compassion. You will coordinate individualized care for patients of all ages, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, youll deliver exceptional outcomes while demonstrating respect, dignity, and kindness in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough age-specific admission and ongoing patient assessments to guide care planning.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, patients, and families to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Revise and evaluate care plans based on patient progress and changes in condition.
- Administer and document medications and treatments accurately using EPIC (Electronic Medical Records).
- Use critical thinking and delegation to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Promote a team-oriented, supportive, and safe environment.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (eligible for VA RN licensure exam).
- No experience required new graduates are welcome to apply!
- Current Virginia RN License (or eligible for licensure).
- CPR certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP as needed.
- Computer proficiency in EPIC or other EMR systems.
- Competitive Pay Range: $30.47 $ 45.71/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Options:
Day/Evening/Night (Every Other Weekend) - Sign-On Bonus:
- Up to $30,000 for Experienced RNs
- Up to $20,000 for New Graduate RNs
