Carilion Clinic is seeking a Home Health RN - Wound Specialist in the Roanoke area to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in patients' homes. You will coordinate and deliver individualized plans, using clinical expertise to promote safe transitions and optimal outcomes.
The role requires BSN, 3+ years clinical nursing experience, Virginia RN license, and valid VA driver’s license. Wound/ostomy certification is a plus, and a sign-on bonus may be available.
