Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay is $17.75 per hour with eligible accrued paid sick time.
Responsibilities- Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment.
- Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process.
- Proctor/invigilate candidates while testing.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments.
- Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate.
- Other duties as assigned.
Part‑time position, 19 hours per week. Availability to work a variety of shifts any day — Monday through Saturday — between 7:20 am and 8:00 pm, and about 2 to 3 Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts may be requested if needed. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling. Schedules available at least 2 weeks in advance.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
- Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred.
- Must be flexible in work hours and days.
- Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.
- Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.
