Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at Leonard Truck Outfitters in Ripley, WV. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Assistant Manager will support store operations, oversee staff, manage daily workflows, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, achieving sales goals, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive team environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in team leadership, supervision, and staff coordination
  • Strong customer service skills and a proven track record in building relationships
  • Experience with sales, inventory management, and retail operational procedures
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with retail sales software
  • Prior experience in automotive accessories, retail management, or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move products as needed to support store operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in management is advantageous
