The Kroger Company - 3971 Brambleton Avenue - Responsibilities:
Prepare bakery items per customer requests using proper bakery equipment.;
Maintain inventory for cake and pastry including product needs to produce or fill, supplies, kits, rings and any items needed for special orders.;
Answer customer or associate questions on the telephone or in person and provide information and assistance for any and all cake decorating orders.;
Keeps cases full and fresh based on Bakery Standards.;
Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers; maintain temperature logs.
