As an employee merchandiser, you’ll handle project-based work to ensure that products and displays are visually appealing, attract and engage shoppers, and foster strong relationships with store managers.

Minimum PayUSD $14.00 / Hr.
Maximum PayUSD $16.00 / Hr.

- Projects can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume
- Perform merchandising activities including, but not limited to: planogram implementations, resets, display setups, product cut‑ins, audits, stocking shelves, light dusting and cleaning of completed sets, retagging, and product rotation for brands.
- Participate in ensuring store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
- Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal accessible with a smartphone, computer, or tablet.
- Maintain retailer‑specific online certifications as required.
- Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager after completion.
- Partner and build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
- Adapt to changing work schedules, occasionally accepting evening or weekend shifts. Some smaller projects allow flexibility to create your own schedule.
- Reliable transportation to travel 30-60 miles to multiple locations in the designated area (travel distance may increase based on market).
- Effective communication with customers, team members, and the Channel Partners management team (clear communication may lead to additional shifts).
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Capacity to read diagrams or instructions, process tasks, and use hand tools as necessary.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
