About the RoleAs a Store Manager you will lead a team to deliver high‑quality customer service, achieve sales goals, and uphold visual merchandising standards. Your responsibilities include managing inventory, operations, staffing, and training to drive profitability and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly rate: $27.00‑$30.00 (annual equivalent $56,160‑$62,400). Benefits include generous in‑store discounts, performance‑based bonuses, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth.
What You Will Do- Lead, coach, mentor and develop the store team to drive sales and enhance customer service.
- Ensure effective visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Recruit, hire, train and retain qualified staff.
- Oversee store operations, inventory management, scheduling, opening/closing procedures.
- Drive revenue growth through sales management and strategy.
- Resolve store issues and support loss prevention.
- Maintain store organization and product displays; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills.
- Excellent organizational and inventory skills.
- Sales management experience in retail.
- Clear communication, confidentiality, and urgency in handling operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed retail sales targets.
- Visual merchandising experience is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a safe environment.
