Team Leader, Retail

• Oversee daily store operations when the store manager is unavailable
• Open and close the store according to business requirements
• Perform production tasks such as sorting, dry cleaning or wetcleaning items, pressing shirts and garments, inspecting for stains, and assembling cleaned garments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, managing drop-off and pickup, creating invoices for incoming orders, tagging garments, and assembling orders for pickup
• Ensure the customer area remains clean and welcoming

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
