ResponsibilitiesAs a Retail Store and Operations Manager, you will coach, lead, and train the sales team to provide exceptional customer service. You will hold one‑on‑one coaching sessions and motivate staff to achieve both business and individual goals.
Qualifications- Two years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
- Two years recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Achieve sales and profit goals; proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/execute improvement plans
- Experience with market and advertising activities
- Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
