• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and creating a world‑class athlete experience, providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serves as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrates efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensures products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, and more.
• Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs, including customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private‑label credit card enrollment.
• Creates a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect.
• Adheres to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred.

Targeted pay range: $15.50 - $23.50 per hour, subject to location, experience, and position offered. Starting rates may vary and will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage.
