• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for members
• Maintain clean shelves, temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower quality food products
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, perform forklift spotting, handle hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations
• Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation according to company policies; handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete audits and required documentation, secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, promote company products and services
• Comply with food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold‑chain procedures when stocking, clean freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor equipment, report issues to management

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Experience in a similar stocking or deli environment (if available)
