All Team Members are responsible for upholding Earth Fare's Vision, Mission, Declaration, and Customer Service Creed, while adhering to the department's Standard Operating Procedures. The Demo Coordinator must be self‑motivated, charismatic, enthusiastic, customer service driven and energetic! They must have a passion for cooking healthy foods and sharing this passion with customers. The Demo Coordinator is responsible for actively demonstrating scheduled product demos, preparing foods (cook, if necessary), product sales and engaging customers around the product on the sales floor.

• Create and execute eye‑catching & well‑merchandised active food demonstrations while promoting vendor‑supported products throughout the store.
• Monitor and adjust passive demos throughout the day while adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete weekly transfers and vendor surveys.
• Communicate with Department Managers about product needs for weekly active demos.
• Communicate with the Receiving Manager about demo supply needs.

• Extroverted with a love for talking with people.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Organized and prompt.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and support sister stores when needed.
• Experience in theater is preferred, showing a love for food, show, and fun.
• Regular attendance and predictability.
• Complete tasks safely and maintain alertness.
• Uphold Company policies, including anti‑harassment program.
• Work cooperatively with managers, supervisors, coworkers, customers, and the public.
• Maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior.
• Work effectively under stressful conditions.
• Accept varying shifts, including overtime.

• Earth Fare experience preferred.
• Theatrical experience preferred; a love for food, show, and fun.

The required knowledge, skills, and abilities presented above may be acquired through different levels of education and experience. Equivalent combinations of education and/or experience that provide an applicant with the listed qualifications to perform the essential duties are acceptable.

• Fast‑paced environment with a focus on customer service.

• Possible exposure to odors, fumes, smoke and loud noise associated with kitchen environments.
