The Retail Support Specialist supports retail execution across an assigned territory by completing reset projects, maintaining shelf standards, ensuring accurate product placement, pricing, and distribution, setting and servicing promotional displays, collaborating closely with store teams, providing territory-wide support through reporting, communication, and occasional training, and performing basic administrative duties.

• Retail Reset Projects – refresh merchandise on shelves following planogram guidelines; verify pricing and retag items; communicate with store staff; document resets with photos; manage multiple reset projects; install and remove fixtures; relocate excess merchandise.
• Shelf Maintenance – rotate perishable merchandise; check shelf tags; meet shelf standards; maintain 100% distribution; sell and service principal accounts.
• Promotional Display Maintenance – set up displays according to customer and manufacturer guidelines; coordinate promotional programs and reports; execute point-of-sale material and coupons.
• Retail Team Support – backup retail team duties; maintain and update records; analyze sales reports; report on goals; use reporting tools; train store employees.
• Other Administrative Duties – communicate via email/phone; maintain territory files; attend company meetings; exercise expense control.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• 1–2 years of CPG/grocery/retail industry experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with handheld device functions.

• Operate motor vehicle and travel regularly; possible overnight stays.
• Prolonged standing (80% of time); change positions regularly.
• Lifting and moving 25–35 pounds regularly; 40–60 pounds occasionally.
• Use hands for tools and controls; visual acuity for close and distant objects.

• Personal motor vehicle; manual pallet jack and hand truck.
• MS Excel; company iPhone and associated applications.

• Primarily retail grocery stores, possibly refrigerated/freezer; outside facilities.
• Noise levels moderate.

• Clear written correspondence.
