Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

The Store Manager leads all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service, ensuring customers have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance.

• Oversee daily store operations including open/close procedures, work order management, CICO procedures, and inventory management.
• Provide high levels of customer service.
• Staff and schedule the store and make necessary modifications.
• Manage cash handling and perform proper cash management.
• Drive team performance to meet or exceed KPIs such as Net Promoter Score, Time to Serve, job completion, customer conversion, and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure technicians are Safe Tech™ certified and provide coaching and training for quality installs or repairs.
• Guide and reinforce proper vehicle and equipment maintenance and record‑keeping.
• Collaborate with marketing associates to ensure proper display of materials.
• Respond quickly to client complaints or warranty issues, providing world‑class customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent or 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience (preferred).
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to incentivizing performance.
• 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence, persuade, engage, and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
• Comfortable working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and ability to wear personal protective equipment.
• Physical requirements:
  
  able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. for short periods, work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
