- - Responsibilities:
People Leadership:
Responsible for employment decisions such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; builds an open-door culture and responds to associate feedback.;
Accountable for accurate staffing and scheduling; facilitates associate experience and development; manages labor and onboarding; succession planning.;
Leads the associate and pet parent experience across in-store interactions; ensures safety and compliance; addresses pet parent concerns.;
Business Management:
Delivers corporate strategy and profitability goals; analyzes reporting and creates improvement plans; drives store P&L including sales and shrink targets.;
Manages store expenses and budgeting; submits work orders; oversees payroll and scheduling; runs daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
