Roanoke Outside Sales Pro

We are currently seeking a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative to cover our Roanoke, Virginia territory. We'll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support—you'll bring the drive to win business and build a book of repeat customers.

• Hunt for new business opportunities: prospect, develop and follow up on leads to grow your territory's revenue.
• Build relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails.
• Train on our products & the industries we serve in order to provide customer-based solutions.
• Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems.

• First year base; uncapped commissions and bonus potential.

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience where you were able to influence or lead a process, upsell, and/or close business.
• Solid time‑management, planning, and presentation skills & the self‑discipline to efficiently run a sales territory independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products;
  Net Suite experience is a bonus.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check; must live in or near sales territory and have a reliable vehicle.
