Berglund Automotive - F&I Manager

Berglund Automotive is seeking a high-performing F&I Manager to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this key dealership role, you will help customers secure financing solutions, present valuable protection products, and drive dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with strong sales skills, financial expertise, and a commitment to compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Explain and present finance and insurance products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Negotiate and close deals that comply with company policies and legal regulations.
• Work closely with sales and management teams to maximize dealership profitability.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all contracts and agreements.
• Stay up to date on finance and insurance industry trends, products, and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to sales staff regarding F&I products and processes.

• Proven experience as an F&I Manager or in a similar finance-related role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of finance, auto loans, leasing, and insurance products.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving and background record.
• Compliance with all state and federal finance and insurance regulations.

• 100% commission-based compensation, paid semi-monthly, with the opportunity to earn $85,000–$175,000+ annually based on performance.
