Position Overview

Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia & Roanoke is seeking motivated Canvassing Representatives to join our Roanoke, Virginia team.

Represent Renewal by Andersen door‑to‑door in residential areas, advising potential customers on current window and door issues and facilitating free consultations by Design Consultants.

• Speak to potential customers in residential areas and conduct door‑to‑door outreach.
• Identify problem areas in current windows and doors and explain solutions.
• Set up and schedule appointments for Design Consultants to provide free consultations.
• Map out and strategically target the most likely customers.
• Work independently and collaborate with the team.

• Shifts:
  
  Monday‑Friday.
• Spring/Summer hours: 11am‑7pm.
• Fall/Winter hours: 9am‑5pm or 10am‑6pm.
• At least one weekend day required (Saturday or Sunday).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Able to be on feet for 6‑8 hours, walking 3‑5 miles per day.
• Familiarity with technology such as tablets and web platforms.
• Motivated, ambitious, dependable “go‑get” attitude.
• Willing to submit to a background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• $17 per hour.
• Lucrative weekly bonus opportunities: 4 appointments minimum = $250 bonus; additional leads = $62 each.
