Overview
Smith Garage Equipment, Inc., a leading distributor of automotive service equipment and the #1 U.S. distributor of Hunter Engineering Products since 2017, seeks a sales representative for our Western Virginia Territory.
Responsibilities- Sell premium Hunter®, Challenger Lifts, Champion, and other lines of branded equipment to car dealerships and vehicle service establishments.
- Build and maintain strong, relationship‑based connections with customers throughout the territory.
- Partner with Hunter Engineering Manufacturer Representatives to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Ensure regional operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met.
- Experience selling expensive, feature‑rich capital equipment to independent businesses.
- Superior relationship‑based sales skills, along with strong communication, organization, and demonstration abilities.
- Automotive background is a plus.
