• Greet customers and provide a world‑class service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately communicate them to technicians
• Recommend services and maintenance based on vehicle needs
• Provide estimates, timelines, and updates throughout the repair process
• Build long‑term relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty
• Ensure a smooth and efficient service lane operation

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi‑task and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Sales‑minded with a focus on delivering value to customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
