Overview
Join our dynamic team as an Outside Sales Representative and be at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. In this energetic role, you will leverage your communication skills and sales expertise to identify new opportunities, nurture prospects, and support the expansion of our client base.
Responsibilities- Develop rapport and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Location:
Candidates must reside within or near Southwest Virginia, Southern West Virginia, or the Northeast Tennessee (Tri-Cities) area, including Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. Travel throughout the assigned territory is required. - Travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and generate sales opportunities. Travel is expected 2 - 3 days per week.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads through company-provided systems.
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets.
- Create and implement an effective sales strategy to expand market reach.
- Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in the company CRM system, Salesforce.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a focus on outbound calling
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of telemarketing techniques, technical sales processes, and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated business development skills with a proactive attitude toward generating new opportunities.
