Pay Range: $52,000.00 - $71,000.00, depending on experience

This role focuses on delivering the business plan for the assigned group of customers within the geography, supporting the Area Sales Manager of On-Premise, and leading contract negotiations in partnership with the Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities- Delivers the key metrics goals (Volume, DNGP, Revenue, and Other Initiatives) for assigned customer base by identifying and executing against both CCCI and customer priorities
- Expands customer growth through new business acquisitions
- Develops trusting relationships with each customer to influence purchasing decisions; implement Look of Success (LOS)
- Identifies optimal mix of packages and brands for each outlet based on beverage categories and customer needs
- Performs timely business reviews with each customer to identify needs and present solutions to Management for review and approval
- Identifies volume trends, brand and package voids, and opportunities for new products as available
- Maintains accountability for planning an effective process for time spent in the market with customers
- Develops a plan balancing time in the market with customers and administrative duties
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support
- Prepares business reviews for customer presentation; creates and shares contract documents with customers
- Assembles data for customer evaluations in preparation for management approval
- Maintains accountability for timely completion of training courses throughout the year
- Strong selling skills
- Strong communication skills (electronic and verbal)
- Strong computer skills (Office, iOS) and ability to use technology and devices
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong planning, organization, and administration skills
- Frequent driving and walking; lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Management, Administration)
