Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Follow dealership sales processes and comply with all ethical standards to meet dealership sales goals

Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company and manufacturer standards

Greet customers and assists customers to identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs

While ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience

Explain features and demonstrate operations of vehicles in the showroom and/or on test drives

Communicate sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowances and discounts

Properly completes paperwork accompanying vehicle sales

Provide complete reviews of vehicle features and benefits during sale processes and at the time of delivery

Engage in business development

Address customer concerns

Engage customers after a sale for follow-upKeep the lot neat and orderly as a team Other job duties as assigned by your manager and or salesperson that you are assigned to Please complete this once you have applied for the position:

Qualifications:

Experience in sales is a plus but not necessary. We will train the right person

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Motivated individual with a passion and drive for unlimited earning potential

Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record and be deemed insurable to drive by our insurance company

Must complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
