As a Paybility Solutions Consultant, you will meet local business owners face‑to‑face and demonstrate how Paybility’s critical business services can improve their operations and profitability. Your role focuses on building relationships, driving sales, and earning residual commissions as clients continue to use additional services.

• Meet new business owners and introduce the portfolio of Paybility services, including:
• Payment Processing
• Payroll Services
• Business Websites
• Social Media Management
• Business Capital & Lending Solutions
• Customer Financing Programs
• Other innovative business services
• Close new client agreements and generate commissions on sales and ongoing residual earnings.
• Maintain a growing portfolio of merchants and support them in maximizing their use of Paybility products.
• Provide ongoing customer support and relationship management to encourage renewals and upsells.

• Comprehensive onboarding and sales training.
• Ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Marketing materials and sales resources.
• Clear advancement path with leadership opportunities (Senior Solutions Consultant, Regional Leadership, Vice President, etc.).
