Pay: $4000 Monthly Draw plus commission + bonuses

Schedule:

This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll DoMeet with customers to explain financing and leasing options.

Present and sell vehicle protection products, warranties, and other aftermarket products.

Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure competitive financing.

Ensure all deals are structured accurately and in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.

Review and explain contracts, disclosures, and other required documentation.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership personnel.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Deliver a professional, transparent, and customer-focused experience from start to finish.

Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to achieve dealership goals.

What You'll Bring Previous automotive F&I experience preferred.

Strong understanding of automotive financing and lending practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Professional appearance and a customer-first mindset.

Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance.

A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
