NOW HIRING – RENTAL CAR MANAGER
We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Rental Car Manager. This role is responsible for assisting customers, coordinating vehicle rentals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day rental operations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate daily rental reservations and vehicle availability
- Assist customers with the rental process and paperwork
- Maintain accurate rental records and billing information
- Communicate with service and sales departments regarding vehicle status
- Ensure rental vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Support overall rental department operations
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Automotive or rental experience preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
