About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead their sales team in East London . This leadership role involves driving sales performance, coaching and mentoring sales agents, and developing effective strategies to increase market share. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, and fostering a positive and productive sales environment. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market in the Eastern Cape , dedicated to achieving outstanding results and building a top-performing sales division in East London .
Key Responsibilities- Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead management and conversion strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local real estate community.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales , with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills .
- In-depth knowledge of the East London real estate market and sales processes.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- A strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
