Security Officer - 3rd Shift

Overview

The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center is a historic property in Roanoke, Virginia, part of Pro-TEAM Curio Collection by Hilton. This on-site, 3rd shift security officer role (11:00 pm–7:00 am, 5 days a week with rotating days off) focuses on safety and customer service, supporting guests, team members, and the property while delivering hospitality standards at all hours.

• Patrol the property to monitor activity and maintain safety for guests, staff, and the historic venue.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide calm, courteous customer service to guests and colleagues, even during night hours.
• Collaborate with hotel operations and security teams to ensure smooth, secure operations.

• Previous security and/or military experience preferred.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to operate during a nighttime shift and handle incidents discreetly and effectively.

• Competitive pay: $16.75–$19.75/hour, based on experience.
