Security Officer

Position: Security Officer Full Time Multiple Shifts
Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, lighting, and/or operational issues;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and support vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow in accordance with site policies and post instructions;
Communicate with site personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal team members during routine operations and critical situations, while completing required logs, reports, and other security-related documentation
