Pay: $30–$40/hour (DOE)

- Ensure safety first on every project
- Layout and connect electrical wiring for HVAC systems
- Perform system startups and confirm proper operation
- Determine time, material, and workforce needs for assigned projects
- Build positive relationships with team members, contractors, vendors, and managers
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, codes, and specifications
- Mentor team members and assist with other trades as needed
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- EPA Refrigerant Type 1 and 2 (minimum)
- OSHA 10 (preferred)
- Ability to independently install commercial HVAC equipment
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems and codes
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Must pass drug screen, background check, physical, and MVR
- Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic
- Ability to work 10-hour days + overtime as needed
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions (indoor/outdoor)
- Ability to lift/carry up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (crawling, kneeling, bending, overhead work)
