Installation Helper; In-House

The Installation Helper supports the Lead Installer in the installation of windows and doors while learning Renewal by Andersen installation standards and best practices. This is a development-focused role designed for individuals who are motivated to grow their skills, contribute to high-quality projects, and advance toward a future Lead Installer position.

• Assist Lead Installer with the removal and installation of windows and doors
• Prepare job sites, tools, and materials prior to and during installations
• Follow instructions and guidance from the Lead Installer and installation leadership
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Learn installation techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Demonstrate reliability, coachability, and ongoing skill development

• Construction, trade, or hands-on labor experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Valid driver's license preferred

• $18-$22/hr (based on experience)
