Job Summary

Installers (Construction General Laborers) are needed for the award‑winning team in Salem, VA. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial sites to install equipment, perform construction labor tasks, and support the repair of foundations, crawl spaces, and basements.

• Execute construction general labor duties (dig, back‑fill trenches, site clean‑up)
• Assist with installation of equipment and products under supervision
• Organize, carry, and load heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
• Perform set‑up and clean‑up tasks on job sites
• Dig and back‑fill trenches/holes
• Make repairs in crawl spaces (confined spaces), basements, and around home foundations
• Perform work duties while exposed to outdoor elements (extreme heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Follow instructions closely and adhere to company policies, including safety and workplace conduct
• Foster teamwork, build positive relationships, and support team goals
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and uphold the company’s reputation
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to ensure project success
• Report to work on time each working day

Knowledge of trade‑specific tools for installations and correct use of equipment. Previous experience working in the construction industry. Must have a valid, non‑restrictive driver’s license. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Walks and stands for long periods of time. Performs strenuous labor often under adverse conditions.
