This is a ground-level opportunity to learn the HVAC trade from a NATE-certified technician at a company that has already earned this community's trust. You will be active on the job from day one -- not watching from the sideline. The work is real, the training is hands-on, and the path forward is clear.

• Assist on diagnostic calls, repairs, and installations
• Perform preventive maintenance on residential HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues under technician guidance
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and property managers
• Build hands-on HVAC skills through daily on-the-job training

• Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in the trade
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable -- this is the baseline
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
• Strong communication skills for working directly with homeowners
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training in HVAC or a related field is a plus
• EPA 608 Certification is a plus -- not required

No prior HVAC experience required. We will train the right person.
