Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to work onsite at our Roanoke, Virginia Distribution Center. The role requires full-time presence at the facility and involves installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment in a distribution logistics warehouse.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair all types of equipment, including conveyors, material handling systems, and utility systems.
- Read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and building blueprints.
- Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters to identify and resolve problems.
- Support new equipment installation and perform preventive maintenance as directed.
- Track work orders, record keeping, and spare parts control using Net Facilities.
- Ensure workplace safety and use hazardous chemicals with proper training.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts when required.
- Three years or more experience in general industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency in Electrical Systems, Electronic Controls, Mechanical Drives/Systems, Conveyor Systems, Pneumatics/Hydraulics, and building utilities.
- Self‑starter who works safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity; able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to read, understand, and explain schematics, drawings, and manuals.
- Knowledge of diagnosis and testing tools for machine maintenance.
- Desire to advance skills through formal and certified training.
- Good communication skills and ability to represent the company.
- Ability to perform any additional duties assigned by supervision.
Shift hours:
Monday – Thursday 4:00 pm – 2:30 am.

The base pay range for this position is $25.00 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential. Base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short‑term incentives as part of total compensation.
