The Electrical Mechanic is responsible for ensuring quality service and installation for our commercial and/or industrial customers and doing so by always promoting safety.
What You'll Do- Experience seeing electrical system installs from start to finish
- Cutting, bending, threading and installation of different types of conduit in all sizes
- Experience bending offsets, 3 points, 4 points, saddles, kicks, 90's, etc.
- Ability to read/interpret blueprints, coordinated drawings, wiring diagrams, submittals, etc.
- Assisting in hooking up/terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, and various electrical devices
- Understanding of PLCs, controls, and industrial manufacturing a plus
- Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the electrical trade
- Vocational school or prior training preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and following established protocols.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- Weekly paychecks: $30-$40/hr. based on experience and skill set.
