Pay: $70,000 - $100,000+ per year

Southern Trust Home Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. For over 30 years, we've provided trusted residential HVAC services throughout the Roanoke Valley and continue to invest in our employees through training, advancement opportunities, and a strong team culture.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Respond to service calls and perform preventative maintenance
- Communicate repair options and recommendations to homeowners
- Identify replacement opportunities when appropriate
- Complete service documentation and collect payments
What You'll Need
- HVAC service and repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
