Pay

Starting pay is dependent on experience. Profit sharing program for all employees. Annual pay review.

• Be safe! Safety is our #1 priority
• Learn how to properly install HVAC equipment and ductwork
• Learn aspects of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
• Maintain & troubleshoot commercial HVAC equipment
• Service split systems, rooftop units, heat pumps, DX systems, etc.
• Test & replace parts using appropriate instruments
• Perform preventative maintenance for commercial customers
• Remain customer service focused
• Other tasks as assigned

• High mechanical aptitude
• HVAC trade school or commercial HVAC experience is preferred
• Keep it a drug‑free workplace
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
• Be punctual and reliable
• Work 10‑hour days and overtime when necessary
• On‑call availability
• Work in extremes of heat, cold and bad weather, indoors and outdoors
• Stand and walk throughout the workday, lift/carry up to 60 lbs
• Work efficiently in confined spaces
• Work reaching above shoulders, crawling, squatting, kneeling, bending
