• Install a variety of residential HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits
• Perform start-ups and ensure proper system functionality
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Adhere to all local HVAC codes and safety regulations

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
• EPA certification required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
