• Read and interpret layouts in order to prepare accurate installation.
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure a safe working environment.

• Custom cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, site-built millwork
• Crown mouldings and millwork
• Door and drawer adjustments
• Cabinet Hardware Installation
• Touch-Ups & Finishes

• Are required to demonstrate professionalism in their interactions with customers and looks for opportunities to improve customer care and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to resolve installation-related issues with speed, quality and accuracy.

• Minimum 5 years experience in woodworking/cabinetry installation or service experience is required
• Ability to read and interpret layouts/blueprints
• Must have a valid driver’s license, as you will be required to travel between job sites
• Good people skills and the ability to work in the presence of customers when required
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment with respect to the property of others
• Strong listening and communication skills

CTS&I, Inc’s main location is in Rocky Mount, Virginia with a showroom location in Roanoke, Virginia. We maintain projects throughout Southwest Virginia. This position would require travel to and from project locations, wherever that may be. Currently, we are working on projects in Roanoke, Bedford, Smith Mountain Lake, Lynchburg, Salem, and beyond.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 – $29.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
