Fed Ex Freight is seeking a Mechanic/Technician in Roanoke, VA to maintain and repair our diesel fleet, including tractors, trailers and forklifts, with emphasis on preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
You will perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and safety inspections; mentor junior technicians; and document work. The role requires strong knowledge of heavy equipment, ability to lift heavy parts, and safe operation of manual or automatic transmissions in a team environment.
