Salary: $25 - $40 per hour

If you are a seasoned HVAC Mechanic with a knack for problem-solving, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a HVAC Mechanic to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role will involve working with a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems and their components.
• Diagnosing and fixing issues with boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.
• Performing regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Ensuring all HVAC systems meet company standards and statutory regulations.
• Collaborating with the construction team to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
• Providing exceptional customer service, including explaining technical information to non-technical clients.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC mechanic, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience working with boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• A strong understanding of HVAC system designs and their integration into building structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various job sites.
• HVAC certification or equivalent is preferred.
