The City of Santa Fe Springs is seeking a dedicated individual to manage Child Protective Services (CPS) and Adult Protective Services (APS) intake lines. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
Responsibilities include documenting calls, inputting referrals into systems accurately, and collaborating with law enforcement and other agencies. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and prior experience in human services is preferred.
Full-time employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, while part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
