Clinical Social Worker - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Roanoke, Virginia.

In Roanoke we are looking for clinicians who can deliver client‑centered services while fully supported by the organization.

• Full, independent licensure as an LCSW in Virginia
• Licensed and residing in the state in which you will practice

Up to $111,700 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities, including a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.

• See a minimum of 25 sessions per week
• Work as part of a true partnership within the clinical team
• Behavioral Health Generalist: open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided)
• May pursue leadership or supervisory roles
• Complete clinical notes within 24 hours
• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
