Cloud Software Engineer (Hybrid, Dallas, TX area) W2 Only What You’ll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
• 6+ years of hands‑on software development experience
• Expertise in application development on AWS cloud services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and Route
  53
• Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript (Angular, Node.js), and REST API development
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration using ECS/EKS
• Solid understanding of databases including Oracle, RDS, No
  
  SQL, and writing complex SQL queries
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools such as Terraform, Jenkins, and experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of digital certificate management and support tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Kibana

• Experience with automated testing frameworks like JEST, Cucumber, Mocha, Selenium
• Knowledge of Kafka and Bash scripting
• Understanding of enterprise solutions and system workflows
• Experience implementing solutions with Terraform and Jenkins

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of relevant experience in cloud‑based software development, ideally within financial or enterprise settings

• Ability to support and maintain mission‑critical legacy and cloud‑native applications
• Willingness to work in a collaborative Agile environment
• Commitment to continuous learning to stay ahead of technology trends
